Items needed to register

1. UAlbany Student ID Number

2. Your Registration Email for commencement. Typically it's your official @Albany.edu Email Address

3. You may be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone. If you need assistance with the phonetic spelling, there are free tools available online.

4. Individual photo for graduate slide. This should be a nice photo of only the graduate (no pets or family) wearing your cap & gown or professional business attire (no sunglasses). The photo should be recent and well-lit, taken straight on to the camera, without camera tip/angle (not buckled in your car), pose cropped to waist length or head and shoulders. All images should be Hi Resolution JPEG. Max. 7 MB. Minimum size 499 x 627 px. No scanned or watermarked/copyrighted images, please. Photos are subject to approval by UAlbany.
